Start your day (or unwind in the evening) with our rejuvenating Group Pranayama & Meditation Session, guided by an experienced instructor in the tranquil embrace of our resort grounds. Join fellow guests in gentle, synchronized breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices designed to reduce stress, boost energy, and cultivate deep inner peace. Held outdoors amid lush greenery, gentle ocean breezes, and the soothing sounds of nature (or by the poolside at sunrise/sunset), these 45–60 minute sessions promote mental clarity, better sleep, and holistic well-being. Suitable for all levels—no prior experience needed. Minimum group of 5 persons for dedicated classes to be conducted.
